Head of Performance Marketing
As Head of Performance Marketing, you will own and optimize the entire paid marketing strategy to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will lead a high-performing team, managing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing CAC/LTV, and driving pipeline generation. This role is perfect for a results-oriented marketer with a deep understanding of demand generation, paid media, and performance analytics in the B2B SaaS space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a scalable performance marketing strategy across PPC, paid social, SEO, display, retargeting, and other digital channels to drive customer acquisition.
- Optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTV through rigorous A/B testing, attribution modeling, and campaign performance analysis.
- Own and manage budgets and forecasting ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Growth and Product Marketing to align demand generation efforts with revenue goals.
- Implement marketing automation, lead scoring, and intent-based targeting to optimize the funnel.
- Oversee website CRO (conversion rate optimization) and landing page strategies to improve the volume of high quality leads.
- Use data and analytics to provide insights, optimize campaigns, and scale growth efficiently.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing performance marketing team.
· Identify and leverage new growth opportunities, including emerging digital channels, automation, and AI-driven marketing technologies.

· Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in digital marketing.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, paid social, retargeting, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong knowledge of B2B demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and lead generation strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), and attribution models.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
- Experience managing budgets, scaling campaigns, and working cross-functionally with sales and product teams.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and growing a team.
- A strategic thinker who is also hands-on, results-driven, and data-focused.
